In the event of a technical issue during an online payment, the following situations may arise:
- If the payment is debited from your credit/debit card but the internet connection is lost due to external server failure or any similar issue.
- If the system is unable to generate an acknowledgment receipt due to internet malfunction.
- If the payment is deducted from your account but does not reach Smile Computer’s account, or if it gets debited twice due to a server error.
In such cases, Smile Computer Cyber Cafe shall not be held responsible unless the payment amount is successfully credited to our official bank account. Once the payment is received by us, any request for a refund will be processed as per our internal policies and norms
